ARCANE MUN 5.0 gives young voices a platform
Young delegates at Apeejay School, Saket, build skills for global citizenship by exploring diplomacy and teamwork
Recently, Apeejay School, Saket, organised ARCANE MUN 5.0 to allow students to understand diplomacy, debate, negotiation, and responsible decision-making. The event brought together student delegates who approached discussions with preparation, confidence, and a willingness to listen to different viewpoints.
Model United Nations conferences introduce students to the way global issues are discussed and addressed. At ARCANE MUN 5.0, these qualities were visible in the thought process, detailing, and effort shown by the delegates.
Dialogue backed by research
The participating students prepared for the forum through research and close study of the situations placed before them. Their discussions reflected the effort they had put into understanding complex concerns and finding possible ways forward.
The event also highlighted that diplomacy is not limited to speaking well. It involves listening, building agreement, responding to opposing views, and working with others. The delegates used dialogue, strategy, networking, and teamwork as they took part in the proceedings.
A collective effort
The successful conduct of the event was supported by the teachers, Secretariat, staff members, and student volunteers. Their planning and coordination helped create a structured space where delegates could participate seriously and express their views.
The commitment of the Secretariat and volunteers was matched by the enthusiasm of the delegates. Together, they contributed to an atmosphere focused on learning, discussion, and mutual respect.
ARCANE MUN 5.0 encouraged students to look beyond the classroom and examine issues from a wider perspective. It gave young participants a platform to express their ideas while understanding the responsibility that comes with representing a viewpoint.

The conference concluded with a valedictory ceremony that brought the proceedings to a formal close. The efforts of the delegates, Secretariat, teachers, staff members, and volunteers were acknowledged.
