Apeejayites showcase academic excellence; secure top positions in the university 

Students of Apeejay College of Fine Arts score well in the final examinations

In a remarkable display of academic excellence, students from the MA Fine Arts 3rd Semester at Apeejay College of Fine Arts (ACFA) in Jalandhar outshone their peers in the final examinations conducted by Guru Nanak Dev University. A staggering nine out of the top ten positions were clinched by these talented Apeejayites, solidifying their dominance in the academic arena.

Leading the pack is Vibhuti Sharma, whose stellar performance secured her the prestigious first position in the university. With an impressive score of 350 out of 400 marks, Vibhuti’s achievement not only brought pride to her parents but also garnered accolades for the college. Following closely behind, Simran secured the second position with an impressive score of 346, while Nandini claimed the third position with 344 marks.

The list of high achievers continues with Harmanjeet Singh, Dhriti Jain, Ranjana Rana, Jaspreet Kaur, Neha, and Ambika Aggarwal, who secured the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, and tenth positions, respectively. Their outstanding performances, with scores ranging from 298 to 338 marks, further underscore the academic prowess of Apeejay College of Fine Arts.

Extending her heartfelt congratulations to the students and their parents on this remarkable feat, Dr. Neerja Dhingra, Principal of ACFA, said, “I am proud of the students’ dedication and hard work.” She further emphasised the importance of perseverance and determination in achieving success.

Dr. Dhingra also expressed her appreciation for the guidance provided by Dr. Rimpy Aggarwal, Head of the Department of Fine Arts, and Dr. Jeevan Kumari, whose mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping the students’ academic journey.
