Apeejay School, Pitampura conducts fundraising drive for Leprosy, Thalassemia patients

The Interact Club of Apeejay School, Pitampura, organised a fundraising drive to support patients affected by leprosy and thalassemia. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the cause while encouraging members of the school community to contribute towards supporting those in need.

Centred on the message of transforming compassion into meaningful action, the fundraising drive saw enthusiastic participation from the school’s Interactors. The students took responsibility for different time slots and actively approached members of the school community, encouraging them to support the initiative with sincerity and dedication.

The drive received an overwhelming response, particularly from parents, who generously contributed to the cause. Their participation reflected the collective spirit of the school community and reinforced the importance of coming together to support people.  

For the student members of the Interact Club, the initiative was also an opportunity to understand the importance of social responsibility and community service.
