The Teachers’ Day celebration at Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka was a heartfelt tribute organised by students to honour their educators.

The event began with Deputy Director Dr. Etinder Pal Singh delivering a special message from Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, Chancellor Apeejay Stya University, and Chairman, Apeejay Education:

Dear Teachers,

I wish you all a very Happy Teachers’ Day!

For us, this day is really very special, as the role of teachers in an education institution is paramount. Also, it is an occasion to acknowledge the contribution of teachers in shaping up the youth and the nation, throughout the year.

I would like to commend you all on your excellent work. I am sure that the new challenges that beckon us would be met by you with the same resilience, dedication and determination which you have always demonstrated.

Value-based education including human values continues to be the cornerstone of all Apeejay Education Institutions. The overarching goal is to bring about harmony in the physical, socio-emotional, intellectual and spiritual development of the students. Our campuses not only inculcate a love for learning but encourage an entire way of life rooted in values and wellness, while also keeping abreast with emerging technologies and 21st Century learning. In tune with NEP, our endeavour is to make education more experiential, stress-free and joyful.

Our motto ‘Soaring High is My Nature’ exemplifies the fact that we should never rest on our laurels, as the pursuit of excellence is a never-ending quest, and there are always new skies to conquer.

I am sure that as educators, we are conscious and mindful of the new realities in relevant emerging domains, so that our institutions scale many more peaks of success in the years to come.

Once again, Happy Teachers’ Day!

Deputy Director Dr. Etinder Pal Singh further summarised and acknowledged the pivotal role teachers play in shaping students’ lives and expressed gratitude for their dedication.

The celebration continued with an array of student performances, beginning with an energetic dance that set an exciting tone for the day. A soulful singing performance followed, captivating the audience with its emotion and melody. One of the standout moments was a humorous yet touching skit, illustrating the unique bond between teachers and students. The skit highlighted both light-hearted and emotional exchanges that often occur in the classroom, bringing smiles and applause from the audience.

In addition to the performances, engaging games were organised for both teachers and students, fostering a lively and interactive atmosphere. The games brought out a competitive spirit but were full of fun and laughter, encouraging enthusiastic participation from everyone present.

The event concluded on a high note as teachers and students came together to celebrate the bond of respect, admiration, and mutual appreciation they share. The final moments of the celebration were marked by a sense of unity and gratitude, as students thanked their teachers for their guidance and support throughout the academic journey.

Overall, the Teachers’ Day celebration was a fitting tribute to the invaluable contributions of the faculty. The event was filled with joy, laughter, and a genuine sense of appreciation, making it a memorable day for both students and teachers alike. The students’ efforts in organising the event were evident in every detail, making the occasion a well-deserved recognition of the tireless work educators do to shape future generations.
