Making their college proud, three Apeejay School of Management (ASM) students bagged a high-paying job offer in the recently held Campus Placement Interviews by ICICI Bank. Giving an exemplary performance during the placement process, Vikas Sheorain, Shubham Shekhar, and Sankalp Sachdev, from the 2022-2024 PGDM batch, secured the coveted position of Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank.

These achievers have been offered an attractive compensation package, including a competitive Total Cost to Company (CTC) in line with industry standards.

The placement interviews, held in the state-of-the-art facilities of Apeejay School of Management, included personal interviews that  emphasised a direct and focused interaction between the candidates and the interview panel. The esteemed interview panel included Ms. Srishti Garg, an accomplished HR professional at ICICI Bank, and Ms. Radhika Saxena, who is currently serving as the Regional Head of Private Banking at ICICI Bank.

The Placement Interviews were coordinated by the adept Placement Cell members and the personal interview format aimed to delve deep into the candidates’ abilities, competencies, and overall suitability for the role at ICICI Bank.

Sharing her thoughts on this achievement, Neha Gupta, Assistant Professor and Placement Manager at Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka, said, “The collaborative efforts of Apeejay School of Management’s Placement Cell and the interview panel from ICICI Bank culminated in a successful and fruitful placement process. The personal interview format, skilfully coordinated by the Placement Cell, allowed for a holistic evaluation of candidates, ensuring that not only technical competencies but also personal attributes were taken into account. I am very proud of our students who have successfully cracked this process and I wish them good luck.”
