Apeejay School, Kharghar, empowers students and teachers 

Recently, Apeejay School, Kharghar, in collaboration with the Emergency Department of Apollo Hospitals, organised a comprehensive Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training Workshop for students and teachers. The initiative aimed to equip participants with essential life-saving skills and create greater awareness about the importance of timely intervention during medical emergencies.

The workshop was conducted by experienced emergency healthcare professionals from Apollo Hospitals, who explained the significance of CPR in saving lives during cases of cardiac arrest and other critical situations. Through detailed demonstrations, the experts introduced participants to the correct techniques of performing chest compressions, maintaining the appropriate rhythm, and responding effectively until professional medical assistance arrives.

A key highlight of the session was the hands-on practical training, where students and teachers actively practised CPR techniques under expert supervision. The trainers provided individual guidance and constructive feedback, ensuring that every participant gained confidence in performing the procedure accurately and safely.
