Apeejay School, Kharghar celebrates bagless days for classes 5 and 7

Apeejay School, Kharghar, brought learning beyond textbooks alive through two special Bagless Day celebrations. The event was held for Class 5 and Class 7 students. This offered hands-on, experiential activities aimed at nurturing creativity, life skills, and holistic growth. The event was celebrated on different days for both classes. 

The students of Class 5 took part in a day filled with purposeful, real-world experiences designed to build wellness, self-awareness, and independence. The day began with sessions on Yoga and meditation, followed by salad making. These activities introduced young learners to the fundamentals of healthy living. 

Activities such as portfolio work and clothes folding encouraged responsibility and self-reliance. Students also made Ganpati with leaves and gave students a creative outlet to express their imagination through nature-inspired art. The celebrations concluded with lively outdoor games, rounding off a day that combined learning, exploration, and enjoyment in equal measure.

While, students of class 7 observed their bagless say centred around the theme of Kaushal Boudh. They focused on skill-building through creative and collaborative activities. The initiative encouraged students to strengthen problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and essential life skills. 

Both celebrations reflected Apeejay School’s continued commitment to experiential education, where curiosity drives discovery and every activity becomes a meaningful lesson in itself.
