Apeejay School, Faridabad organised Inter-School Symposium – GOONJ

Aimed at redefining innovation in science and technology, students from schools across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Jalandhar recently participated in an Inter-School Competition organised by Apeejay School, Faridabad.

The participants presented their ideas on topics such as Space in the New Millennium, Agriculture and Food Security, and Covid-19 vaccines. A distinguished panel of jury for the competition consisted of Dr. Madhu Phull, Retired Scientist, Department of Science and Technology (Ministry of Science and Technology India) and Ms. Anuradha Mathur, Member – Curriculum Development, NCERT, NIOS, ICSE.

The judges appreciated the in-depth research taken forward by students and urged them to keep the spark of scientific temper alive. The first position was bagged by Aayush Srivastava, student from Modern Vidya Niketan, Aravalli Hills, Faridabad. The second and third position was awarded to Pavini Sharma, Vidya Mandir Public School, Faridabad, and Simone Joshi, Apeejay School, Nerul, respectively.
