Apeejay family extends a heartfelt tribute to Smt Rajeshwari Paul on her 99th birth anniversary
Apeejay Schools in Noida and Nerul organise a special prayer meeting to pay tribute to the First Lady of the Apeejay Stya Group

Rajeshwari Paul, the beloved wife of Founder-Chairman of Apeejay Education and Apeejay Stya Group Dr. Stya Paul, Apeejay School, Nerul celebrated the Rajeshwari Kala Utsav with great enthusiasm and fervour. The event served as an artistic tribute to Smt. Rajeshwari Paul, who was an inspiration behind all Apeejay institutions.
The ceremony began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Mr. P Subhash, Principal; Mrs. Preeti Gupta, Vice Principal; Mrs. Shakuntala Singh, Academic Co-ordinator; K.C. Vijaylaxmi, Primary Co-ordinator; and Mrs. Mrinalini Singh, Pre-primary Co-ordinator. A floral homage was then paid by all the dignitaries and teachers to Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul, followed by singing of soulful bhajans, sung by the students filling the air with piety.
Mr. Subhash addressed the gathering and read out the message sent by Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson, Apeejay Education Society and Chancellor Apeejay Stya University. He spoke about the noble qualities and ideals epitomised by Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul and how her artistic nature and pursuits continue to inspire creativity among the students.
The heart of the Kala Utsav was the vibrant and captivating cultural performances. The school choir, composed of talented middle school students with angelic voices, captivated the audience with their harmonies and impeccable vocal control. The synchronisation of the instrumentalists added stunning elements to the performance, enhancing the emotional impact of the music.
Following the choir, an exceptional music band consisting of skilled vocalists and instrumentalists from the senior secondary section effortlessly blended their talents to create a mesmerising sound. The band members showcased their skillful playing of a wide range of instruments, including guitars, keyboards, drums, and beatbox, complementing the vocals and adding layers to the uplifting and energetic musical arrangement.
The dance performance was meticulously crafted around the theme of “Navras,” an exclusive exposition of dance mingling with stories, moments, anecdotes, and episodes taken from the famous epic Mahabharata. Each performance was meticulously choreographed, carefully curated, and rehearsed, resulting in an unforgettable showcase of talent and dedication.
The school’s art department organised an impressive display of artworks created by students from various grades. The exhibition showcased a diverse range of paintings and sketches, reflecting the creative talents of the students. All dignitaries and visitors were awe-struck by the level of skill and imagination demonstrated in each piece.
The event concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Zara, Head Girl of the school, expressing gratitude to the dignitaries, participants, volunteers, comperes, mentor teachers, and the IT support team for their contribution in creating an unperturbed kaleidoscopic display of talents.
Similarly, a special online assembly was held at Apeejay School, Noida to honour and remember the remarkable contributions and the nurturing spirit of Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul.
The assembly was organised by the students of class 12 B, and it was attended by the Principal, Vice Principals, Primary Incharge, Pre Primary Incharge and the students. The event began with a heartfelt prayer, seeking blessings for the day’s proceedings.
A floral tribute was paid to Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul, honouring her as a motherly figure who brought love and hope to the lives of the Apeejay family.
Highlighting the qualities of Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul, Ms. Ritu Kohli, Principal of Apeejay School, Noida addressed the attendees and encouraged everyone to uphold her vision of learning and values in their daily lives.
A thought-provoking quote and important news updates were also shared during the assembly. Additionally, a touching poem was recited, emphasising the values of compassion and love that Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul embodied.
The assembly served as a poignant tribute, reminding the Apeejay School community of the love and compassion exemplified by Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul, and inspiring everyone to carry forward her legacy in their actions and interactions.
