Apeejay College of Fine Arts,  Jalandhar achieves 23rd consecutive victory at the Youth Festival

Apeejay College of Fine Arts (ACFA), Jalandhar, has once again etched its name in the annals of history by securing a remarkable victory at the C-Zone Youth Festival, organised by Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), for an astounding 23rd consecutive time. As an institution that thrives on fostering artistic and cultural talents, ACFA continues to be a shining beacon in the world of art and extracurricular excellence.

The GNDU Youth Festival witnessed vibrant participation from ACFA students in an impressive array of 35 diverse categories. With exceptional performances that left an indelible mark, Apeejay students reaffirmed its dominance by clinching the championship trophy for the 22nd year running. This remarkable feat was achieved through a total accumulation of 148 points, encompassing 17 first-place wins, 11 second-place achievements, and 4 third-place accolades.

The college community, filled with immense pride, extends its heartfelt congratulations to the diligent students and their dedicated mentors who have incessantly laboured to perpetuate ACFA’s legacy as torchbearers of art and cultural prowess.

Dr. Neerja Dhingra, Principal of ACFA, expressed her sheer delight in this momentous victory. She further extended her gratitude to the late Founder Chairman Dr. Stya Paul, who has been the inspiration for the emergence of the Apeejay Stya Group and Apeejay Education. Dr Dhingra also highlighted that this victory has been achievable also because of constant  support of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson of Apeejay Stya Group and Apeejay Svran Group.

Dr. Dhingra also took the opportunity to appreciate the exceptional efforts of Dr. Amita Mishra and Dr. Arun Mishra for their invaluable guidance throughout this incredible journey.

Overall, ACFA’s victory is not just a win; it’s a celebration of their commitment to art, culture, and extracurricular excellence, and a testament to their ongoing pursuit of greatness.
