All college students to get COVID vaccine within 10 days: Karnataka Deputy CM

All students studying in various higher education institutions will be vaccinated against Covid-19 within 10 days, assured Karnataka deputy Chief Minister Dr CN Ashwatha Narayana. This includes students of polytechnics, ITI, degree, engineering, medical, paramedical, diploma, those studying in university campuses and students registered under Chief Minister’s skill development scheme. “The vaccination drive for the higher education students has been initiated on June 28 and 94,000 students have been jabbed on the first day,” Narayana said after convening a meeting with the officials of the departments of Health and Medical Education.
