Adani ventures into AI, IoT, and Blockchain with Sirius Partnership

Adani Enterprises Limited is entering the realms of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain technology through a partnership with Sirius International Holding, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC). Together, they have established a joint venture named Sirius Digitech International Limited, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with Sirius owning 51 per cent and Adani holding 49 per cent.

The joint venture is strategically positioned to leverage AI, IoT, and Secured Blockchain Products across various industries. Its primary objective is to tap into the burgeoning digitalisation opportunities in the Indian economy, projected to reach a market value of $1 trillion by 2030. The focus areas encompass infrastructure industries, as well as expansion into FinTech, HealthTech, and GreenTech sectors.

The collaboration brings together Sirius’s global digital transformation expertise and Adani’s strategic insights, aiming to empower businesses with cutting-edge technologies that optimise industries, streamline processes, and foster growth. The joint venture plans to deploy AI and Blockchain products and services for industrial applications, utilising Adani Group’s industrial testbed to validate and scale its solutions.

In parallel, Adani Energy Solutions has forged a joint venture with an IHC-backed company to expand its smart meter business globally. Adani Transmission Step-Four Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Energy, acquired a 49 per cent stake in Esyasoft Holdings Ltd.’s smart metering solutions arm, with Esyasoft retaining a 51 per cent stake. The entity is now known as Adani Esyasoft Smart Solutions Limited, poised to bid for and execute orders both in India and internationally. Esyasoft specialises in solutions spanning renewable energy, energy efficiency, EV charging, analytics, and AI tools.
