Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, observes the Punyatithi of Smt. Rajeshwari Paul Ji, honouring her enduring legacy of values, compassion, and cultural grace.
The PunyaTithi of Smt. Rajeshwari Paul Ji, revered wife of the Founder Chairman of Apeejay Education Society, Dr. Stya Paul Ji, was recently observed with solemnity and reverence at Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar. The observance was conducted under the leadership of Principal Mr. A.K. Sharma and Vice Principal Mrs. Aarti Shorey Bhat.
Smt. Rajeshwari Paul Ji, mother of Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia Ji, Chairperson of the Apeejay Stya and Svran Group, holds a place of deep respect and admiration in the hearts of the Apeejay community. Known for her abiding love for children, deep-rooted appreciation for arts and culture, and unwavering commitment to moral values, she remains a timeless guiding light for the institution.
The programme commenced with a floral tribute offered to Smt. Rajeshwari Paul Ji by Principal Mr. A.K. Sharma and Vice Principal Mrs. Aarti Shorey Bhat. Members of the school staff and students also paid homage, reflecting on her inspirational life and enduring legacy.
To mark the occasion, the school’s music teacher, Ms. Nidhi Sharma, along with her team, rendered some of the favourite bhajans of Smt. Rajeshwari Paul Ji. The soulful melodies created a serene and sacred atmosphere, imbuing the ceremony with both devotion and gratitude.
In his address, Principal Mr. A.K. Sharma highlighted the invaluable support Smt. Rajeshwari Paul Ji extended to Dr. Stya Paul Ji in his pioneering educational mission. He noted that the phenomenal growth and success of Apeejay Education Society—including its schools, colleges, and Apeejay Stya University—stand as a testament to their shared vision.
He concluded by stating that the most meaningful tribute to her memory would be to remain steadfast in the pursuit of academic excellence and holistic education for every student—values she deeply cherished and upheld.
