A resplendent spectacle showcasing creativity mixed with learning

In a spirited celebration of the advancements in our cherished motherland, students from the Primary Department of Apeejay School, Noida, recently participated in a poster-making activity centred on the theme — Progressive Uttar Pradesh. Guided by their art teachers, the students showcased their creativity and vision through vibrant and insightful posters. The event took place on January 24, 2024, to commemorate the Uttar Pradesh Day celebration.

These artistic creations captured various facets of Uttar Pradesh’s development, spanning economic growth, technological advancements, cultural richness, and social progress. The posters, adorned with colourful visuals and thoughtful captions, narrated the state’s journey toward prosperity and innovation.

“The celebration of Progressive Uttar Pradesh Day is not just a commemoration but a reflection of the state’s commitment to growth, innovation, and positive change,” shared Neetu Thapliyal, PRT Art teacher at Apeejay School, Noida.

The students exhibited a profound understanding of the theme, incorporating elements that highlighted Uttar Pradesh’s achievements in sectors like education, healthcare, infrastructure, and agriculture. The posters effectively served as a visual narrative, conveying the positive transformations unfolding in the state.

Beyond celebrating progress, this activity provided students with a platform to enhance their research, artistic, and communication skills. Through their creative expressions, they not only contributed to the state’s narrative but also developed a sense of pride and ownership in being part of its ongoing development.

“Being an art teacher at Apeejay School, Noida, I experienced the vibrant creativity of students in a poster-making activity on ‘प्रगतिशील उत्तर प्रदेश’ (Progressive Uttar Pradesh). Guiding them through the process, I witnessed their deep understanding, creativity, imagination, and visual portrayal of the state’s progress across various dimensions. The event not only celebrated creativity but also instilled a sense of pride and connection among students towards Uttar Pradesh’s positive transformation,” Thapliyal added.
