With a special morning assembly, Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, marked Rajeshwari Kala Utsav 2026-27. The event brought together devotion, creativity, cultural expression, and reflection on values that continue to guide young learners.

The programme began with the lighting of the diya. The gesture set a calm and meaningful tone for the morning, symbolising the triumph of knowledge over ignorance. This was followed by a soulful bhajan by the school choir, which created a serene atmosphere and helped students connect with the spirit of the occasion.
The celebration then moved into an introduction to Rajeshwari Kala Utsav. An invocation dance added grace to the assembly, while an informative multimedia presentation by the Computer Department helped students understand the relevance of the event clearly and engagingly.

A special moment of the programme was the tribute paid to Mrs Rajeshwari Paul. Divyansha Sharma of Class X presented a thoughtful poem that reflected her inspiring vision and values. The poem reminded students that creativity is not only about performance. It is also about sensitivity, discipline, and the courage to express what truly matters.
The theme of empowerment was carried forward through a powerful play on women’s empowerment. The performance highlighted equality, courage, and social responsibility. Through simple yet impactful storytelling, students underlined the need to build a society where every individual is respected and encouraged.

The assembly also included vibrant dance performances that added energy and colour to the celebration. Principal Mr AK Sharma addressed the gathering and read out the inspiring message sent by Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya and Svran Group, Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University, and Chairman, Apeejay Education. The message encouraged students to uphold creativity, compassion, and excellence in all that they do.
Mr Sharma appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers who worked together to make the celebration meaningful. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Vice-principal Mrs Loveleen Bagga, who expressed gratitude to everyone involved.
