Apeejay schools have always stood by the motto: ‘National building through man-making’. Thus, it is not a surprise that Apeejay schools found themselves in a patriotic fervour recently.

Apeejay School Model Town celebrated 74th Republic Day in a special assembly with great zeal and enthusiasm. The celebrations began with the unfurling of the flag by Principal, Mr. Malkiat Singh, followed by the salute ceremony in the presence of headmistress ma’am, staff and the students. The sound of the bugle sent a wave of patriotic fervor among all present in the ceremony.

The school has always believed in building a better nation by grooming the future citizens well. In sync with this thought, students presented a beautiful message through a thought for the day and a speech making all aware about the importance of Republic Day. This was also followed by a soulful rendition of various patriotic songs.

The assembly concluded with the Principal’s address in which he mentioned, “All students must learn from the lives of the freedom fighters. They must find the inner courage to tread the path of righteousness and work tirelessly towards the betterment of our nation. Jai Hind!”

Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld Jalandhar too celebrated Republic Day with much delight and joy within the school premises. The celebrations commence with a delightful parade. Students across all classes participated in a well synchronised parade organised by the teachers. Students dressed up in colours of the national flag were a beautiful sight to behold.
