Recognising women faculty on Women’s Day honours their dedication, resilience, and invaluable contributions to education. It fosters a culture of appreciation, inspires future generations, and promotes gender equality. Acknowledging their efforts boosts morale, empowers them, and reinforces their crucial role in shaping minds and driving academic excellence.

Acknowledging each women faculty, the cultural team at Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka organised Women’s Day celebration. The celebrations served as a poignant reminder of the invaluable contributions of women to society and the importance of unity in advancing gender equality. The day was celebrated to mark the valour and ‘heart-work’ of all the women in college.
The day was well-planned including fun games and activities designed for women faculty and staff.

Sharing her thoughts, Dr Preeti Suryawanshi, Professor at ASM mentioned, “I was truly touched by the wonderful programme organised by our institute’s cultural team for the women faculty and staff. The fun games, refreshing moments, and heartfelt celebration made us feel valued and appreciated. Such kind gestures foster a sense of unity and empowerment, making the workplace truly special.”
Another faculty member Prof Anushka Goel expressed, “Celebrating Women’s Day at my college was a truly inspiring experience! Honouring the strength, resilience, and achievements of women made me proud and grateful to be part of such a meaningful event.”
