Significance of healthy eating!

It is significant for all of us to consume healthy homemade food. It is beneficial for us in many ways. While on the flip side, there is a plethora of demerits of eating junk food.   

Healthy food not only makes us fit but also is really delicious. We just need to eat everything with happiness and added vegetables.   

Let’s talk about some uplifts of consuming healthy food.

  1. First and foremost, it makes us fit, healthy and active. As we all know “ HEALTH IS WEALTH”,  most of the time we do not impose this thing on ourselves. Whenever we see tempting junk food, it melts our hearts, and we unawarely consume that, neglecting its drawbacks.
  2. Healthy food is the antidote to all diseases and troubles, of course, Moreover, if we notice, it causes a lot of diseases as well such as nausea, food poisoning, and a lot more.
  3. Furthermore, it is not hygienic at all. Have you ever wondered why we are paying too much for these unhealthy terrible poisonous things? First we pay for these things then our body pays for it, paying the bills of the hospital. Always remember, that your stomach is not a dustbin, and is not capable of digesting all the dirty things, so, always take care of it. We all have the right to eat clean and hygienic food in order to maintain our growth. It’s not only social awareness but our personal duty to fulfill eats needs. 

For example – In a machine we put good quality oil for it to work properly, however, if we put another mixed liquid in it instead of oil, it would stop working, likewise, it is the same for the human body, we need to give a good input for a good output.

Let’s take another example – When we buy a new car we take care of it really well, we clean it up daily, and drive carefully, the same way, our body matters a lot to us, and it is worth millions of dollars..So, we need to take care of it.

Healthy food is very important, and this aim can only be achieved by eating healthy eating habits and a healthy diet.

Now, I know, it is easy to talk about these things, but is a bit challenging to apply. I would recommend starting with small steps as they would really help you in the future, and your hard work would not be wasted.

  1. Start with consuming one fruit in one day as a must. 
  2. Then, make up your mind to only eat junk food once a week and only once time breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 

This would help all of us to avoid the habit of consuming junk food regularly.

“YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT” – If you work on yourself you will get great results for which is of course beneficial for you.. Never give up and go the extra mile to achieve your dreams and goals. 

To sum up, I would like to say that “ You can do it” 

“You are capable of it”
