Kriti, a BBA student at Apeejay Stya University, believes that learning extends far beyond the classroom. Through practical experiences, co-curricular activities, and a supportive academic environment, she has developed confidence, leadership qualities, and a strong foundation for a career in business. In this interview, she shares her learning journey and aspirations.

Why did you choose Apeejay Stya University, and how has your learning experience been?

I chose Apeejay Stya University because of its industry-oriented curriculum, focus on practical learning, and emphasis on overall personality development. The university offers much more than classroom education by providing opportunities to participate in workshops, projects, events, and interactive learning experiences. These opportunities have helped me understand business concepts better while preparing me for real-world challenges and future career growth.

Why do you think it is important to build new skills?

In today’s competitive world, learning should never stop. Building new skills helps students stay relevant, adapt to changing industry requirements, and become more confident professionals. Technical knowledge is important, but skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability make a significant difference in the workplace. I believe continuously learning new skills not only improves career opportunities but also contributes to personal growth and lifelong success.

What are your favourite memories from Apeejay Stya University?

One of my favourite memories is participating in various university activities and interacting with students from diverse backgrounds. These experiences allowed me to explore my interests, build meaningful friendships, and step outside my comfort zone. Through co-curricular activities and campus events, I developed confidence, improved my communication skills, and created memories that I will always cherish.

What are your future goals?

My goal is to build a successful career in the business and management field while continuously learning and developing new skills. I aspire to take on leadership roles where I can contribute meaningfully to organisational growth. I also believe in lifelong learning and want to keep enhancing my knowledge and abilities so that I can grow both personally and professionally throughout my career.
