‘A menace to mankind’: Poem by Ishaan Agarwal, Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park

There should garbage around

Garbage on the ground and in the town

Clean air should not be there

And we should be aware that we are destroying our habitation,

And leading to destruction for the next generation

And clean air is getting abducted

We should stop air pollution and wake up,  

 protect air and ourselves.

Pollution – pollution everywhere

What to talk of air

Is water free from pollution?

Will we continue to pollute rivers and oceans

Is there any solution?

One that should be free from tension

So wake up!

 Wake up man 

And make a plan

For pollution.
