Recently, Apeejay Svran Global School, Faridabad, Sector 21 D, organised an informative and engaging First Aid Workshop for students of Classes I to V. The session was designed to familiarise young learners with basic first aid practices while helping them understand the importance of remaining calm, alert, and responsible during emergencies.
The workshop provided students with an age-appropriate introduction to first aid and its significance in everyday situations. Through an interactive approach, the young learners were encouraged to understand how timely and appropriate action can help provide immediate support until professional medical assistance is available.
The session also focused on developing awareness about safety and responsible behaviour. Students learnt that emergencies can sometimes be unexpected and that panic can make it difficult to respond appropriately. They were therefore encouraged to stay composed, assess situations carefully, and seek help from trusted adults whenever required.
The workshop created an opportunity for students to actively participate, ask questions, and build confidence in dealing with basic emergencies. The interactive nature of the session made the learning experience engaging while reinforcing important lessons about personal safety and caring for others.
