Balvatika 1 students of Apeejay School, Noida, bring English poetry to life with confidence
Poetry becomes more meaningful for young children when they can experience its rhythm, sounds and emotions. Keeping these factors in mind, Apeejay School, Noida, organised an English Poetry Recitation Performance for the students of Balvatika 1. The event gave the young learners an opportunity to present age-appropriate English poems before an audience. It also allowed them to demonstrate their growing language, communication and presentation skills in an engaging setting.
Bringing poems alive
The children participated with excitement and enthusiasm. They confidently recited the poems they had practised, using actions, gestures and facial expressions to communicate their meaning.
