Apeejay Stya University (ASU), Gurugram, has achieved another significant milestone in the field of teacher education by receiving recognition for the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) B.A.B.Ed. and ITEP B.Sc.B.Ed. programmes from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The recognition enables the University to offer these prestigious four-year integrated teacher education programmes in accordance to the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The recognition reflects the University’s steadfast commitment to academic excellence, quality teacher preparation, innovation in education, and nation-building through the development of competent, ethical, and professionally empowered teachers.
On this proud occasion, the School of Education expressed its heartfelt gratitude to the visionary leadership of the University.

The newly recognised ITEP B.A.B.Ed. and ITEP B.Sc.B.Ed. programmes will provide students with a comprehensive four-year integrated curriculum that combines disciplinary studies with professional teacher education, experiential learning, school internships, educational technology, research, Indian Knowledge Systems, inclusive education, and holistic personality development.
