A solemn tribute ceremony was organised at Apeejay School, Tanda Road, to commemorate the 14th punyatithi of Shrimati Rajeshwari Paul, wife of Dr Stya Paul, Founder-Chairman of the Apeejay Stya and Svran Group. The programme brought together students, teachers and school leaders in an atmosphere of devotion and reflection as they remembered her life and values.
The ceremony began with floral tributes offered by the school Principal, Dr Rajesh Kumar Chandel, In-charge Ms Simranjit Kaur; members of the teaching staff; and the Students’ Council. The gathering observed the occasion with quiet reverence, reflecting on the ideals that Shrimati Rajeshwari Paul stood for throughout her life.

The event also witnessed devotional performances by students from different classes. Their soulful bhajans created a peaceful atmosphere across the school premises and added a spiritual dimension to the programme. The performances encouraged students to connect with values such as humility, compassion and inner discipline through music and collective remembrance.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr Chandel spoke about the inspiring personality and visionary ideals of Shrimati Rajeshwari Paul. He highlighted her dedication toward human values and encouraged students to follow a path guided by kindness, service and empathy. His address placed emphasis on the importance of preserving moral values alongside academic learning.
Programmes such as these continue to play an important role in shaping a sense of responsibility and emotional awareness among students. By remembering individuals who dedicated their lives to values and social commitment, schools also create opportunities for young learners to understand the importance of character, humility and community spirit in everyday life.

The tribute ceremony concluded with prayers and a message of gratitude, leaving students with a deeper understanding of the legacy associated with the Apeejay family and its guiding principles.
