When it comes to a child’s early years of education, finding the right school environment is crucial. For Mrs. Pushpanjali Mittal, mother of Samridhi Mittal, a Kindergarten student at Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, the journey so far has been filled with positive experiences. She shares how her daughter has adjusted, what improvements she has noticed, and her perspective as a parent.
Read edited excerpts:
How has Samridhi adjusted to her school environment?
Samridhi has adjusted well. In Nursery, she had a very good teacher who was polite and supportive. Over time, as the teachers have changed, she has taken a little time to adjust, but overall she is happy and attached to the school. She enjoys going every day, and that matters most to me.
What changes have you noticed in her since joining Apeejay School?
I have seen improvement in her communication, social and motor skills. She listens carefully to her teachers, follows instructions, and participates in class activities. I feel the teachers are hardworking, and this has helped her grow steadily.
Does Samridhi enjoy any particular activities at school?
She is still very young, so I cannot say that she has a specific interest yet. But she participates in everything that happens in school. At this stage, participation is more important, and I am glad she is open to all activities.

What made you choose Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, for your daughter?
Honestly, we came to know about the school through someone we trust. After learning about it, we felt it would be a good fit for Samridhi. And we are satisfied with the decision.
How has your experience been with school orientation and communication?
The orientation at the beginning was good. Sometimes, I need to reach out myself to stay informed. But otherwise, things are fine.
Do you find the teachers approachable?
Yes, teachers have been warm and responsive, though everyone has their own style of teaching. Earlier, one of her teachers kept in touch regularly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I do feel the teachers are approachable.
