These students of Class VI-A from Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, have set a shining example of perseverance and excellence through their remarkable academic achievements. Meet Saanvi Aggarwal, Gurnoor Singh Multani and Namish Khanna, who have scored 98.15%, 97.58% and 96.15% respectively. With unwavering sincerity, dedication, and hard work, they have not only earned top positions in their class but have also made their parents and teachers immensely proud.

Speaking about her preparation strategy, Sanvi followed the method of breaking down her syllabus into parts. “For exams, I make sure to: Start studying well in advance and break down my study material into manageable chunks to manage time effectively.”

On the other hand, for Gurnoor, the key lay in thorough study of the textbook and repeated revision.

What about the challenges that were faced during exam time, and how did they overcome them?

“During the exams, the biggest challenge was to cover the syllabus done in class when I took leave for my National and International level chess tournaments. But thanks to my teachers, they helped me cover everything. Principal ma’am is also a guiding light throughout the way,” shared Namish.

“During exams, I sometimes struggled with: Managing my time effectively and staying focused and avoiding distractions. To overcome these challenges, I try to create a study schedule and stick to it and take regular breaks to relax and recharge,” expressed Saanvi.

While Gurnoor’s belief in himself is rock solid whenever he faces certain challenges, “I believe in self-study, repeated time-bound revisions, and I strictly follow the scheduled timetable I make for myself.”

As they gear up to settle down well in Class VII, their consistent efforts reflect a strong commitment to learning and personal growth, while their future looks bright and aspirational with renewed plans like,

“My ambition is to become an IAS officer and serve my country. I’m drawn to the role because it offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on society, drive positive change, and contribute to nation-building,” expressed Saanvi.

Wishing the same, Namish shared, “My ambition is to become a chess grandmaster and world champion and to make my school and Principal ma’am and teachers, and my parents proud. I also want to be a topper again in the next class.”
