NEET UG Counselling 2024: Round 2 seat allotment result to be out soon

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the registration deadline for Round 2 of the NEET-UG 2024 counselling. Aspirants can now register and complete the choice-filling process until September 16. MCC will announce the results of the round two seat allotment on September 19. Those who have qualified for NEET UG and have registered for MCC counselling can view their round two seat allotment status on the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in. 

The schedule for counselling has been revised to incorporate newly added seats, as per a recent update on the official website. “It is for the information to all candidates that the competent authority has decided to extend the Schedule for Round-2 of UG Counselling 2024 and revise the schedule of further rounds to add new seats in the matrix of Round-2 in pursuance to fresh Letters of permission (LoPs) issued by NMC/ MoHFW,” reads the official notice by MCC. 

Candidates can check the NEET counselling 2024 round 2 seat allotment results using the  following steps: 

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) at mcc.nic.in.

Step 2: Go to the ‘UG Medical’ section. 

Step 3: Look for the ‘Seat Allotment Result’ link for the relevant round (e.g., Round 1, Round 2). 

Step 4: Click on the link to access the seat allotment results. 

Step 5: Enter your login credentials, such as your NEET UG roll number and password, if prompted. 

Step 6: View and download your seat allotment result. 

Step 7: Print the result or take a screenshot for your records.
