Celebrating and honouring the anniversaries of influential figures helps preserve historical and cultural heritage. These celebrations can educate younger generations about important historical figures, their life stories, and the contexts in which they lived and worked. To inculcate a similar sense of inspiration amongst students, on July 8, 2024, Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park commemorated the 100th birth anniversary of Smt Rajeshwari Paul, the first lady of the Apeejay Stya Group and the esteemed wife of late Founder-Chairman Dr Stya Paul.
This significant occasion was marked by the Rajeshwari Kala Utsav, a vibrant celebration of art and creativity that showcased the artistic excellence nurtured at Apeejay Education. The event began with a solemn shraddhanjali (tribute) to Smt Rajeshwari Paul, accompanied by a heartfelt prayer. This tribute was a poignant reminder of her enduring legacy and the indelible mark she left on the Apeejay community.



Ms Surabhi Joshi, the Principal of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, addressed the gathering and shared her insights into the remarkable personality of Smt. Rajeshwari Paul, highlighting her contributions to the school and the broader Apeejay family. Ms Joshi emphasised the importance of celebrating such legacies, which continue to inspire and guide future generations.



The special assembly and art exhibition organised were devoted to the appreciation of art. The assembly featured a series of performances by the students, showcasing their talents in music, dance, and drama. These performances were not only a tribute to Smt Rajeshwari Paul but also a testament to the rich cultural heritage that Apeejay Education strives to uphold.
