In 1947, India got independence from the British after nearly 200 years. Since then India has been developing rapidly whether in the field of defence, health or space. Various projects like Chandryan-3 and Aditya L-1 have been launched in the past.
India’s social progress includes various programmes such as Pradhan Mantri Garib Awas Yojana, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan among others. India’s economy has been one of the fastest-growing major economies in the world. Despite global economic challenges, India has maintained a steady growth rate, driven by strong domestic consumption, investment in infrastructure, and reforms aimed at enhancing ease of doing business.
The government’s initiatives such as Make in India, Digital India, and Startup India, have fostered an entrepreneurial environment and attracted foreign investment which decreases the unemployment rate of India.
Despite achieving such milestones India is also rich in culture and takes pride in its indigenous roots. India has various religions, languages, cultures, festivals and cuisines. This is what makes India a democratic nation.
