‘The happiness which I want!’: Poem by Saurabh Mishra, Apeejay School Panchsheel Park

Leave me if you are not with me,
leave me if you are feeling the pain due to me.
I know it is very difficult for me to forget,
The rope, which was tying us for many years
is the problem now between us.
Those papers, which carry the words of love,
Needs to be turned into ashes,
I’m no longer a puppet of yours,
Playing with me is like playing with my heart.
You were the first person who came to my life
And supported as a predator,
You promised me that you will be with me till the last day of my life,
But whenever I get in any problem or anyone comes to my life
That will remind me of you.
You will leave me, after cutting the rope
But the last thread can’t be cut.
Remember, someone is living in this world only for you,
And asking the share of happiness!
