Mr Preetam Kumar is an individual stock investor and his wife Mrs Shaivya Saksena is the Deputy Managing Editor at Macmillan Publishing House. Their only child Rudrabhav Singh is a Kindergarten toddler at Apeejay International School, Greater Noida. In a parent interview with the Apeejay Newsroom team, the father mentions about his child’s progress as well as highlights the efforts of the school. Read edited excerpts:
Was the admission process very complicated?
No, it was very easy. There was just an interview with the Principal, which went very nicely.
Is Rudrabhav happy at school?
He is so happy, enjoying all his classes and excited to go to school every morning. He loves numbers and Math is his favourite subject. He also likes to attend music classes.
How are the teachers here?
They are very nice and cooperative. My son’s class teacher Shivika ma’am engages very well with all the students. She explains all the concepts in an interesting way and makes it easy for the young kids to understand.
You think you’ll recommend the school to other parents?
Most certainly!
Lastly, what’s the best thing you have observed here?
I feel the school staff is very interactive and they take care of the child in a composite, overall sense. They help develop all the aspects in the child from academics to public speaking. The curriculum is finely designed and is very comprehensive. Moreover, the way the staff teaches it is indeed very nice.
