Celebrating Chairperson Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia’s Birthday: A day full of gratitude and renewed enthusiasm

November 2 is indeed a special day. After all, it marks the birthday celebration of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson, Apeejay Education and Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University. Mrs Berlia is a figure of inspiration and leadership within the group. She is a multidimensional personality who has devoted her life to nation-building with global footprints. Thus, to honour the leading entrepreneur, industrialist and educationist, Apeejay School, Kharghar conducted a special assembly to mark the occasion.
Through the assembly, the school celebrated the Chairperson’s remarkable contributions, embodying respect, admiration, and appreciation for her unwavering commitment to the school’s growth and success.
The assembly commenced with a moment of reverence as a heartfelt prayer expressed gratitude and sought the blessings of Chairperson on her special day. Students and teachers came together to offer their birthday wishes, praying for Mrs Berlia’s well-being and continued success in all endeavours.
On this special occasion, Ms Tejaswini Katdare, Principal of the school, shared her heartfelt sentiments, praising the Chairperson’s exceptional leadership, vision, and dedication. The message highlighted the Chairperson’s invaluable guidance, unwavering support, and commitment to the betterment of the school. The Principal also articulated the significance of the Chairperson’s contributions and acknowledged the impact she has made on the entire Apeejay community.
A thought for the day, reflective of the Chairperson’s leadership and vision was shared among all students, emphasising the importance of perseverance, determination, and the power of positive influence. Students were then encouraged to emulate the Chairperson’s qualities in their academic and personal lives. The special assembly also included a collective pledge taken by students and staff alike, promising to uphold the values and principles that the chairperson stands for.

An inspiring song performance by the school choir, celebrated the virtues and achievements of the Chairperson. The melody echoed the sentiments of gratitude and admiration felt by the entire school community.
The assembly concluded with the national anthem, signifying unity, pride, and patriotism, and echoing the values that the chairperson madam instilled in the school community. As a symbol of joyful celebration, colourful balloons were released in the sky, signifying the soaring aspirations and dreams inspired by the Chairperson’s leadership.
