Well Being: A part of our life

Published

on

Lifestyle coach Marianna Olszewski once said that we should prioritise our health, well-being, and happiness to take control of our lives. When we take care of our health and have positive relationships, we naturally feel happier and more positive. Our friendships and family connections have a big impact on how we feel. Good friendships and support from loved ones can make us feel better, but if we experience bullying or unfair treatment, it can make us feel worse. To improve our well-being and the maintain healthy relationships, it’s important to listen to others and communicate openly without judging them.

Well-being means feeling good and functioning properly, and it includes experiencing positive emotions like happiness. Happiness is a state of feeling good or joyful, ranging from satisfaction to intense joy.

Well-being is about being content, happy, and healthy. It’s not just about not being sick, but about taking care of our physical and mental health, our emotions, and our social connections. Well-being and happiness are closely connected and contribute to overall satisfaction in life. It’s about how we feel about ourselves and our lives. In short, well-being means feeling comfortable, happy, positive, and taking care of both our mind and body.
