In an inspiring display of collaborative learning and cultural exchange, students of Classes 9, 10, and 11 from Apeejay School, Saket recently participated in a virtual conference with their peers from Sacred Heart School, Punjab. Organised under the renowned Generation Global forum, this enlightening interaction was centred on the crucial theme of “Health and Well-being.” The event provided an enriching platform for young minds to share perspectives, discuss wellness practices, and build empathy across regional boundaries.
An interactive platform for open dialogue
The video conference brought together curious and articulate students from both schools to reflect on how mental, emotional, and physical health impact youth today. From screen fatigue and exam stress to lifestyle habits and mindfulness practices, participants touched upon a wide range of issues affecting their daily lives. Encouraged to speak freely in a respectful space, students also shared personal strategies to manage stress, maintain positivity, and balance academics with self-care.
