Women empowerment is the way of giving women the power to make their own  decisions. it is the one of the most critical and the essential thing that everyone should support.womens empowerment has become a significant topic of discussion in development and economics.empowering women is essential to health and social development of families.

 Components of women empowerment are :

1. Self worth: women should have a strong sense of their own self worth .

3. Access to opportunities :women should have equal access to opputunities and resources.it allows women to participate in society on an equal basis with men.

4. Control:women should have power to control their own lives both at home and outside.

5. Social change:women should have right to influence social change for themselves and for others.

Womens empowerment is a fundamental human right and is the key to creating a more peaceful world. This makes them to stand on their own feet. empowering women economically make them to have their own jobs and incomes.Then they can manage their own resources and wealth.it also helps to improve their well being socially,mentally and physically. According to the food and agriculture organization (fao) increasing women empowerment is essential for womens well beings.women empowerment is not simply a trendy idea;it is essential in todays society.

Ways to empower women include:

1.       Education:  education is the key way to empower women with skills , knowledge and confidence they need to participate in society.

2. Political participation: women should have equal representation in politics and public life.

3. Eliminating inequalities: countries should work to eliminate inequalities between men and women.

4. Shared responsibilities: women and men should share responsibilities for caring for children and maintaining the household.
