“A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.”
-Lao Tzu

A leader is someone who acts as a torchbearer for others. There are certain characteristics that a person should possess to become a good leader. They must have a lot of enthusiasm for their work and encourage their team members to work in a more efficient way.
They must be focused to find solutions and accomplish goals with hard work.
It is a famous saying that leaders are born, but I personally think leaders are not born, they are made by their small achievements and behaviour. A tree can grow higher only if it is attached to its roots and the same goes for a leader. They never forget the place they come from, their families and friends.
Hence, I wish to suggest that when you accomplish small achievements, those are not your destination, but are building blocks for your bigger goal. A good leader must embrace changes and be willing to learn about new things in life.
