Mrs Nivedita Bhardwaj, a proud parent whose son Mohneesh is a student in class X, shares her insights into why this school has become their family’s choice for quality education and holistic development.

What attracted you to this school? Share your overall experience thus far.

Apeejay School is one of the most premier schools with a lot of good experiences. I have known this particular group for the last 30 years since I was brought up in the NCR belt. Personally, when I visited the school and looked through the photographs and earlier magazines, I could see a very well-established structure where teaching and holistic activities are carried out in the right proportion. This is something I was looking forward to, and I hadn’t found it in other premier schools of Noida.

How has your son benefited from the extracurricular activities?

He participates in sports and dramatics, eagerly looks forward to annual functions, excursion trips, and various class activities. These have groomed his personality, enhanced his communication skills, and even nurtured leadership qualities. It’s rare to find all these attributes in one package.

Mohneesh is good in English and involved in PE. How has the school supported this?

When he began, he wasn’t very comfortable speaking English like any other child, but now he has an enriched vocabulary and confidently keeps up with the latest curriculum and extracurricular trends. I’m pleased with the guidance he receives from his sports teacher, emphasising healthy exercise habits over the allure of protein powders.

How do you find the teachers and their approach towards students’ growth?

My son respects and loves his teachers, who not only excel in their subjects but also take a personal interest in each student. They regularly communicate and discuss his progress, even sharing any concerns during parent-teacher meetings. The peer group at his school is also commendable, consisting of educated and practical students throughout the session.

How does Apeejay School balance traditional and modern teaching methods?

The school has struck a good balance between traditional and modern teaching techniques. They integrate technology judiciously without solely relying on it for delivering results.

Rate Apeejay School in terms of mental and physical health support for students.

I would rate the school 10 out of 10 for both mental and physical health support. I’ve never encountered issues of bullying or mistreatment among students or by teachers.

How has the school prepared you son for challenges beyond academic excellence?

Apeejay School deserves 100 out of 100 for preparing Mohneesh to face future challenges confidently. They emphasise holistic development, not just chasing high marks, instilling values of self-confidence and goodness in all aspects of life.
