This Apeejay alumna is living her dream as a content creator
Sumati Pandey, an alumna of Apeejay’s School of Design and Visual Arts, says, “The idea is to stay happy and laugh as much as you can.”
A passionate content creator Sumati Pandey believes in the power of ‘creativity’. The budding digital creator on Instagram has been creating unique reels and posts showcasing the value ‘live, style and laugh’. And that’s what her Instagram page is named @Live.Style.Laugh . Explaining the concept behind her page, she shared, “These 3 words – live, style, laugh – describe how lively and creative our life is. We are everyday styling it in our own way via clothes, self-care, skincare or anything that gives us the confidence to carry ourselves. The idea is to stay happy and laugh as much as you can. This is an important part of my life. It’s a blessing I am living it. And everyone should live the life the way they want.”
Living the dream
An alumna of School of Design and Visual Arts at Apeejay Stya University (ASU), Gurugram, Sumati always believed that freedom of thoughts are important to explore the creative world as she wished to create solutions that can ot only help but also others in the world. She emphasises, “I am living my dream as a content creator.”
Inspiration
When asked why she decided to pursue design as a career, she replied, “With time, I eventually identified my interest for design and how to shape my interest as well as passion. Thus, I chose to pursue a Bachelor’s in Design in Fashion Design.” She got to know about Apeejay from some of her friends, who were studying at the University. She further researched about ASU and without giving a second thought, she finally joined.
Learnings from Apeejay
Apeejay alumna explains what she learned at ASU was, “How to grow your passion and creativity with limitations. The importance of teamwork and when I work today as a professional and get stuck, I just get a flashback about the guidance that I got earlier and that makes the path easy.” Sharing her fond memories from her college days, Sumati mentioned that every moment she spent was truly special.
Sumati is hoping to create ripples on Instagram via her content in the comping years. She wishes this chain of happiness started by her garners more and more followers and implement the meaning of ‘Live, Style, Laugh’ in any manner.
