Mrs Vimershi Dhar is the mother of Apeejay International School, Greater Noida students Jivansh and Jiyansh Dhar. The siblings have a four year gap and study in classes 6 and 2 respectively.  In an informal interview, the mother shares how the teachers keep the parents updated about their children’s progress at all times. Edited excerpts:

How was Jiyansh’s result in the class 1 end term examinations?

It was great. He got an overall ‘A’ grade by scoring an ‘A’ in all his subjects.

What are his hobbies and interests?

Jiyansh likes reading the most. He loves to read English, Hindi or any book in particular. He just loves to grasp things and so, he simply picks a book and starts reading. Whenever I tell him to do his homework, he begins by reading the book, even if it is Math (laughs).

Are the teachers engaging well?

The teachers are simply amazing. One can reach out to them directly at any time and they always respond back. They keep us, parents, fully updated about our child’s progress.

My elder son Jivansh is also in the same school. He studies in class 6. Just as we had enrolled him, Jivansh quickly began to update his skills and reading and writing abilities. So, we were very impressed with his progress and so decided to put the younger one in the same school as well.

Was the admission process simple enough?

It was totally smooth with no hassles at all. During Jiyansh’s case, the admission process was entirely online. For the elder one, we went to the school as we wanted to see the school and meet the teachers. It was all very nice.

So would you recommend the school to another parent for the admission of their children?

Certainly! Without any doubt.
