In this conversation, she shares insights into her study habits, the support from her teachers, and how she manages to stay motivated while pursuing her artistic interests.

Parnika, you’ve been at Apeejay for 14 years. How has your experience shaped your academic journey?

Being at Apeejay for so long has really connected me to the school. It’s been a great journey where I’ve balanced studying and enjoying my time. The teachers and environment here have played a significant role in shaping my academic path, especially in subjects like physics where I initially struggled.

Speaking of physics, you mentioned it was challenging. How did you overcome those difficulties?
Physics was definitely tough for me at first. I found it hard to solve questions quickly. My teachers at Apeejay helped me a lot by giving me worksheets and encouraging me to track my time for each question. This practice improved my speed and accuracy, making me more confident in the subject.

Your study routine seems quite balanced. Can you share how you manage your time effectively?

I don’t really follow a strict timetable. Instead, I have a to-do list with small goals for the day, like completing a set of questions or a chapter. I study in short bursts, which helps me stay focused without getting overwhelmed. After studying, I take breaks to paint or spend time with my family. This balance keeps me motivated and refreshed.

How would you describe the learning environment at Apeejay School, Noida?

The learning environment here is very positive and competitive in a healthy way. My peers are hardworking, which pushes me to do better as well. There’s a strong focus on self-growth, and we’re always encouraged to improve from our past performances rather than just competing with others.

What are your future aspirations, and how are you preparing for them?

I’m aiming to pursue a career in the medical field, so I’m currently preparing for the NEET exam. It’s a challenging journey, but I’m dedicated to achieving my goal. The support from my teachers and the resources at Apeejay have been invaluable in this preparation.

My advice would be to focus on consistent efforts rather than stressing over results. It’s important to believe in yourself and stay patient. Even if things seem tough now, with hard work and perseverance, everything will fall into place. Keep putting in the effort, and you’ll see the results.
