Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC), Jalandhar recently organised a CSR activity with the noble aim of supporting the administration in its ongoing flood relief operations.
Responding with remarkable enthusiasm, the Director, NSS volunteers, faculty, staff, and students came together to extend meaningful assistance to communities struggling with the devastating effects of floods. This humanitarian endeavour reflected the spirit of empathy, compassion, and service that Apeejay Education has consistently upheld as a core value.

The initiative was deeply inspired by the vision and mission of Apeejay Education. As part of the relief drive, the institute mobilised substantial aid material that included fogging machines, medicines, non-perishable food items, essential groceries, filtered water bottles, mosquito repellent sprays, tarpaulin sheets, and blankets. These contributions were carefully planned and provided in line with the urgent needs of flood-affected families, ensuring that timely and effective support reached those who needed it most.
Expressing his gratitude, Director Dr. Rajesh Bagga remarked, “The NSS volunteers, faculty, staff, and students of the Institute contributed extensively to this humanitarian cause, reaffirming Apeejay Education’s enduring commitment to social responsibility and nation-building through service.”

The CSR activity not only offered much-needed relief to affected families but also instilled in students a deeper sense of empathy, resilience, and social commitment. It served as a reminder that educational institutions play a vital role in shaping communities and must remain sensitive to their needs, especially in times of crisis.
By stepping forward in solidarity with flood victims, AIMETC once again demonstrated the Apeejay legacy of “Soaring High is My Nature”, where academic excellence is seamlessly blended with compassion, humanity, and responsibility toward society.
