Here are some tips for sound mental health. Set and maintain a routine at home. Use technology to maintain social connection with your loved ones. Listen to music and read books. Consume only reliable news sources and avoid media that sensationalises emotions. Look for ways to help your community such as blood donation, cleanliness drive etc. Make time to unwind from work and social media. Share your heart with someone trusted. Try to eat healthy and well balanced food. Practice meditation or deep breaths. Do what you love and practice positive thinking.
