Congratulations on your gold medal! Which event excites you the most in triathlon?

Thank you! I enjoy jumping the most. It comes naturally to me and gives me a lot of confidence. In fact, last year I even won a silver medal at the state level. Jumping motivates me to work harder every day.

How do you prepare and maintain discipline in your training?

I follow a proper daily routine under the supervision of my coach. He prepares my workout schedule, and I also maintain a workout diary to record my daily practice. Monthly trials help me track my progress and improve regularly.

Balancing sports and academics is not easy. How do you manage both?

My coach helps me plan my training hours, while my teachers guide me in academics. I carefully follow my routine to keep balance. Whenever needed, my teachers and our Principal Sir give me extra support, even special classes, which really helps me stay on track.

What has been your most memorable moment so far?

It was when my name was announced for the first position. Hearing the applause and cheers from everyone gave me immense pride and happiness. That moment will always stay with me.

What keeps you motivated to keep pushing yourself?

I remind myself of the effort I put into training. Daily workouts improve my capabilities, and that inspires me not to give up even in difficult times.

What are your future goals in sports?

My dream is to take triathlon to the national level and represent my state and country. I want to work hard and bring laurels to my school.

Who has supported you the most in this journey?

My parents encourage me to try new things and invest their time in my growth. My teachers constantly guide me, and I feel especially grateful to our Principal Sir. He always asks about my performance and provides help whenever required. I believe success is always a team effort, and I am lucky to have such a strong support system at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri.
