Read edited excerpts:

Can you walk us through your professional journey after graduating from ASM?
My first placement came through the CRC at Business Octane Solutions as a Territory Manager. However, it was an on-field marketing role, and honestly, it wasn’t my choice, I had initially been aiming for finance roles. Within a couple of months, I realised it wasn’t the right fit and decided to move on.

How did you land your current role at iEnergizer?
That was pure hustle. I actively applied on LinkedIn for a week without any backup. Many recruiters questioned my short stints, but I was completely honest about my journey. Within seven days, I secured my role at iEnergizer in the banking process, which aligns perfectly with my finance background.

How has your specialisation in Finance helped you?
It made a huge difference. Despite my job switches, my finance knowledge gave me an edge. During interviews, I focused on what I had studied, and that credibility helped recruiters see my potential.

Any key learning from your time at ASM?
Consistency. I had one of the highest attendance in my batch because I didn’t want regrets later. ASM’s Finance professors played a big role in shaping my understanding and personality.
