Every student remembers the leap from aspiration to action—the choice of an institution that would mould their future. For Navya Rajpal, this leap landed at Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka. From hesitant beginnings to becoming a confident, extroverted learner, Navya’s journey at ASM is filled with growth, opportunities, and experiences that have shaped her personally and professionally.

Why did you choose ASM for your higher education?
I wanted to stay close to my family and found ASM to be the perfect choice in Delhi. When I visited the campus, the faculty’s warmth and the studious environment instantly struck me. The vibes here felt positive and encouraging, which made me confident about my decision.

Why did you opt for PGDM over MBA?
I realised PGDM is more industry-oriented compared to MBA. The curriculum here is practical, dynamic, and aligned with current market needs. It doesn’t feel like a legacy degree but rather a program that prepares you for real challenges.

How have the faculty supported you in your journey?
The teachers here are extremely approachable. Whether it was choosing between operations and analytics or tackling new tools, they guided me patiently. Their teaching bridges theory with practice, ensuring everything truly stays with us.

What campus activities have you been part of?
I’ve been active in almost every classroom and campus activity. I also took on the role of Social Media Head for Synergy, our annual fest, which gave me hands-on experience in leadership, responsibility, and event management.

What skills have you developed during your course?
The biggest transformation has been in my communication skills. I was an ambivert earlier, but now I can confidently present, network, and participate in group discussions. Activities like PPTs, GDs, and assignments integrated with AI tools have also sharpened my technical and creative abilities.
