On its official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is ready to announce the results for JEE Main 2025 Session 2. The April exam session was conducted from April 2 to 9, and the final answer key for Paper 1 was released on April 18. However, the result link is currently not available on the portal. In a key update, two questions from the April session have been dropped from evaluation — one from the April 3 first shift (domestic set) and another from the April 2 first shift (international set). The NTA has published the final answer key with these revisions.
Candidates who appeared in both the January and April sessions will have their best score considered for the final merit list. Along with the results, the NTA will also release the cut-off for JEE Advanced 2025, All India Ranks (AIR), and the list of state-wise toppers.
The declaration comes amidst rising concerns over discrepancies in the answer key and response sheets. Several students had raised objections regarding incorrect answers, wrongly recorded responses, and even blank response sheets.
Addressing these concerns, NTA reiterated its commitment to a transparent and fair exam process and urged candidates to rely solely on official communications to avoid misinformation.
The final result will include individual scorecards, AIR, and qualifying status for JEE Advanced. We advise candidates to regularly check the official website for the direct result link and further updates. It is also important to avoid fake websites or unofficial portals that may mislead candidates during this crucial time.
