As the stellar scholars of Class IX-C from Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg ascend into the pivotal realm of Class X, they bring with them a symphony of diligence, sincerity, and scholastic brilliance. Armed with meticulously crafted timetables, an insatiable thirst for learning, and unwavering dedication, these young trailblazers have made both mentors and parents beam with pride.
Meet Sparsh Puri and Arsh Puri, who have scored 96% and 92.80% respectively in their final exams. Speaking about his preparation strategy, Sparsh said, “I used to study for about two hours on weekdays and three hours on weekends. I studied SST regularly, along with another subject like Science or Math on weekdays, and SST with languages on weekends. SST was the subject to which I gave the most attention, especially History, as it requires consistency to learn long questions. I didn’t make short notes since my school notes were enough for all subjects.”
Similarly, Arsh explained that he focused on subjects that needed extra effort. “I gave the most importance to SST because it had a lot of content to remember. Science was easier for me, so I studied it about four days a week. I studied Math about four days a week to stay consistent. For English and Punjabi, I studied them once initially and then revised them before the exams,” he added.
Their journey is not just marked by academic triumphs but by a deep-rooted resolve to reach greater intellectual heights. Now in Class X, are they stressed for the Board exam ahead?
“No, we are not tense about Class X Board exams. I believe that if I stay consistent with my studies and focus on understanding the concepts properly, there’s nothing to worry about. I’ve already developed a good study routine in Class IX, and I plan to follow the same in Class X with a bit more focus. Regular revision, solving sample papers, and sticking to the syllabus will help me stay on track. As long as I manage my time well and avoid last-minute stress, I’m confident I’ll do well in boards,” both said in unison.
With dreams taking shape and ambitions soaring, they now stride into this transformative year with grit, grace, and a vision to carve luminous paths of success in the chapters ahead.
