In India, now-a-days due to westernisation, everyone has started celebrating special days such as –Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, siblings day and more. But many years ago, we only celebrated children’s day in our country.

This year we celebrated Father’s Day on 16th June 2024. My father’s name is Mr Gurmeet Singh. He is 42 years old. For me, he is the best dad in the world and he is my superhero. I love him very much and he also loves me a lot. He is a businessman and works as a Director in Fairent company with his business partners. He also started his own venture named Mufasa men a few years back.

He is the one who fulfills all my dreams and listens to everything I say. He supports me a lot. He is a hardworking man. My father teaches me all good manners and moral values. Moreover, he plays sports with me like football, basketball, tennis, badminton etc.  We often run and do some stretching in the park as it is a good exercise. He gives me a lot of gifts which is why this Father’s Day, I gifted him a mug and a stand in which it was written “Best Dad in the world”. When he opened it, he was impressed by me and gave me a hug.

I enjoy playing with him every day and did not like to stop playing as it is fun to play with your dad. He also guides me on what is right and what is wrong. He is always polite to everyone until anyone does anything wrong.

My father worships god almost every day. On Father’s Day, he took me to London during summer vacation.

The London trip was awesome and we did many fun things like we went to a theme park, water park etc. I did many rides and enjoyed it with him. I was amazed to ride the big giant London eye which gives an awesome view of the city and you might feel on top of the world.

The cruise ride was superb which took us for a short tour. I also enjoyed the– hop on hop off bus tour of the city which took one whole day. The Westminster bridge abbey and Buckingham palace were the major attractions there. I clicked many pictures with my dad over there. We also went to my father’s friend’s house where we played football and PlayStation games. Now in the end I would like to tell what stands for
