“Did anyone smile at you today?”

Sometimes in our life, we aim to discover our true purpose. Behind every action, every word, every thought, every relation and every decision, there is one notion of ‘happiness’.
Every time we look at any other person, we always compare ‘what-they-have with what-we-don’t ‘. These kinds of feelings and thoughts are the fruit of the seed which the society has bedded into the raw clay at early adolescence. As there goes a saying,” Children are like clay in our hands. Like a sculptor, we can chisel and carve their personality with our behavior.”

Even in our surroundings also, we can scrutinize that whenever a baby giggles, it also brings a slight smile even on a grumpy-poker-faced person. Thus, we can say that, “Be so happy that when others look at you, they become happy too.”
Due to the monotonous and manic lifestyle, now-a-days, each and every creature of this humble abode is enduring apprehension. And I believe that if we cannot ease someone’s nodus, then at least brace them up with a polite smile and courage.
Just like the saying goes, “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.” Similarly, “A smile a day keeps the pain away.”
Even multiple studies support the fact that a smile is ‘contagious’, as it triggers a positive reaction. As we can observe that when we are in a melancholic mood, if a random person smiles politely while interacting with you, your mood automatically lifts up to some level.
Whenever you or anyone feels low, just smile genuinely and then feel the release of happy chemicals in your body. A genuine smile holds the power to bring the evolution in this universal abode and will continue to do so. It can slash through the barriers of misunderstandings, grief, dilemma, prejudice and many more hurdles.
A smile is something which represents understanding, openness, acceptance and joy even without verbal communication. It connects all the mortal beings together.
