The 3rd Annual Joint Art Exhibition-Apeejay Stya Art Festival, organised by Apeejay Education, was held at Punjab Kala Bhavan, Chandigarh. Conceived as a significant cultural initiative, the festival reflects Apeejay Education’s steadfast commitment to promoting, preserving, and propagating the timeless arts and culture of India. It serves not only as a platform for artistic display but also as a purposeful endeavour to nurture creativity, encourage dialogue, and strengthen the continuum between school and higher education in the arts.
Inspired by the visionary leadership of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University, and Chairman, Apeejay Education, the exhibition brought together institutions under the Apeejay Education umbrella in a vibrant celebration of artistic excellence. True to the enduring emphasis on holistic education and cultural enrichment, the festival continues to evolve as a meaningful space where young and emerging artists engage with diverse forms of creative expression while deepening their understanding of India’s rich artistic heritage.

Notably, artworks by students of Apeejay’s IB School, Apeejay School International, Panchsheel Park, namely Angad Singh (MYP-4), Aarush Chawla (MYP-3), Surya Kapil (MYP-4), and Tani Bansal (DP-2) were prominently displayed at the exhibition, reflecting the strength of the IB programme and its commitment to fostering critical thinking, conceptual depth, and creative confidence.
The exhibition showcased a wide spectrum of media, including paintings, sculpture, digital art, photography, printmaking, tapestry, terracotta, and other innovative forms. This breadth of representation underscored the festival’s core purpose: to provide a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters experimentation, artistic integrity, and cross-disciplinary learning. By placing student works in a prestigious public exhibition venue, the event encouraged participants to experience the rigour and responsibility of professional artistic presentation, while also allowing audiences to witness the evolving perspectives of young artists.

A moment of particular pride was the selection of eight artworks from the school for display alongside creations from Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar. This recognition highlights the exceptional standards upheld within our IB programme and reflects the depth of conceptual understanding and technical skill demonstrated by our students, who confidently presented their work in a public forum traditionally associated with collegiate-level artists.
The Apeejay Stya Art Festival thus stood as more than an exhibition; it was a reaffirmation of Apeejay Education’s enduring vision to cultivate culturally aware, creatively empowered individuals. By bridging school and college artistic communities, the event strengthened the shared commitment to excellence, dialogue, and artistic innovation, reinforcing the transformative role of arts education in shaping thoughtful and globally minded citizens.
